Passion for Impact
Kristine’s story is rooted in resilience and transformation. Having been an out-of-school youth for three years, she personally understands the struggles many young people face in pursuing their dreams. Her turning point came when she became a beneficiary of a Barangay Computer Literacy Program, an opportunity that opened doors to knowledge, skills, and renewed confidence.
Witnessing firsthand how Barangay-led programs can change lives, Kristine developed a deep appreciation for the power of community initiatives. She was even offered the chance to run as SK Chairman, a recognition of her leadership potential, but chose instead to continue strengthening herself through education before stepping into public service.
A proud product of State Universities, carrying with her the discipline, grit, and vision these institutions instilled. She earned her Master of Science in Mathematics, major in Computer Science from Bulacan State University.
Her journey from being an out-of-school youth to becoming a mentor and a social technopreneur reflects her unwavering passion for impact—proving that with resilience, opportunities, and the right support, transformation is possible not just for individuals, but for entire communities.

Kristine seeks to inspire the youth to press forward regardless of their circumstances. She encourages them to actively seek opportunities from Government agencies, Private Organizations, and NGOs—whether through scholarships, training, or support programs—so they can unlock their full potential.
Through her TechTalks and workshops, Kristine provides practical knowledge and real-world insights that empower participants to harness the power of Information Technology. She shares her journey and expertise to equip people of all ages with the tools and confidence to take control of their future—proving that technology is not just a skill, but a gateway to empowerment, opportunity, and lasting change.
Her commitment to holistic growth also extends to D’HeartRock Coffee, where creativity, learning, and community converge. In the Summer 2025 Workshops, participants explored diverse paths of discovery:

Her love for expression flows into Beats & Harmony Studio and Captured Life Multimedia, where music, storytelling, and multimedia artistry become channels of inspiration and empowerment. These ventures reflect her belief that creativity has the power to move people and spark change.
With Island Hoppers, Kristine channels her explorer’s heart—promoting cultural appreciation and sustainable travel that deepen human connection with places and people. Meanwhile, Norms Renaissance captures her advocacy for social good, driving cultural and values-based initiatives that encourage positive transformation in communities.
